Professional HDR Photography

Bright, true-to-life interior and exterior photos that look like the room actually looks.

HDR blends several exposures of the same frame, so windows keep their view instead of blowing out to white and shadowed corners stay open. The result is a photo that matches what a buyer sees standing in the room.

Every image is levelled, colour corrected and delivered MLS-ready at full resolution, with web-sized copies for social.

A typical listing includes 25–40 professionally finished images covering every main room, the kitchen and bathrooms, the primary suite, and exterior views from the angles buyers will naturally approach. Detail shots—such as a fireplace, custom built-ins, or a beautiful view from the deck—are also included when they help showcase what makes the property special.

Every image is photographed using professional bracketing techniques and carefully hand-blended instead of being processed through a basic automatic filter. The result is clean, natural-looking photography with straight vertical lines, accurate colors, white walls that remain white under mixed lighting, and clear window views instead of bright white rectangles. Your listing looks polished, inviting, and true to the home.

Common questions

How long does a photo shoot take?
Most homes take 45 minutes to 90 minutes on site, depending on square footage and how much exterior there is to cover.
How should the house be prepared?
Lights on, blinds open, cars off the driveway, and counters and bathroom surfaces cleared. We do minor tidying on the day, but the more that is done ahead, the more time goes into shooting.
When do I get the photos?
Edited, MLS-ready images land in your inbox the next morning.
