Real estate photography in Dunlap, IL
Dunlap listings are usually about land and school district. Both are best shown from the air, which is why almost every Dunlap shoot we do leads with an aerial.
Lots here run larger than in the city, and a ground-level photo simply cannot show a two-acre parcel, where the treeline sits, or how the property relates to its neighbours. An aerial answers all three in one frame.
Dunlap 323 is a genuine driver of buyer interest, and buyers relocating from out of the area are often searching before they have ever driven the street. That makes a 3D tour or a video walkthrough worth more here than in a market where everyone visits in person.

Where we shoot in Dunlap
Jonathan’s Way and the newer developments, Woodridge, the acreage north along Route 91, and the wooded lots toward Kickapoo Creek. Rural addresses outside the village are quoted the same as in-town if they are inside the radius.

Common questions
- Can you show the whole lot on an acreage listing?
- Yes. Aerials are the point on larger parcels — we frame the property so a buyer can see the boundaries, the treeline and what backs onto it. Lot-line overlays are available if you supply the plat.
- Is a 3D tour worth it out here?
- Often more than in town. Dunlap draws relocating buyers who shop online first, and a Matterport tour lets them walk the house before they book a flight.
