Show the lot, the roof, the treeline and the street — the things a photo from the driveway can never explain.

Aerial stills put a property in context: acreage, outbuildings, water frontage, and how the home sits on its land. For rural and larger lots it is often the only way to show what is actually being sold.

Aerial MG has held an FAA exemption to fly commercially since 23 June 2015. Every flight is covered by an approved operator.

Aerial photography answers the questions ground-level images cannot: how big is the lot, what backs onto it, how far is the water, and how does the property sit in relation to everything around it. For acreage, waterfront and anything with a view, it is often the image that makes a buyer call.

Every flight is made under FAA Part 107 authority by a licensed, insured operator. That matters commercially as well as legally: when an unlicensed operator flies a paid job, liability can rest with whoever commissioned it, not just the pilot.

Common questions

Do you need permission to fly?
We hold FAA Part 107 certification and carry commercial insurance. Some locations near airports need airspace authorisation, which we request in advance — that is one reason to book a day or two ahead.
What if it is windy or raining?
We do not fly in rain or high wind. If the forecast turns, we reschedule the aerial portion rather than deliver poor images.
Can you show the property boundaries?
Yes. We can add lot-line overlays to aerial images if you supply the plat or parcel information.
