Who you are actually hiring

Hi, I’m Mike, the owner of Aerial MG. For more than twelve years I’ve helped real estate professionals and homeowners show properties throughout Peoria and the surrounding area. When you book a shoot, I’m the person who answers the phone, shows up at the property and edits the photos — there is no rotating roster of contractors, and no one learning your listing on the job.

How I think about the work

Great marketing starts with a strong first impression. Most buyers decide whether to book a showing from a phone screen, in a few seconds, before they read a word of the description. That is the moment the photos have to win.

So I shoot for clarity rather than drama: rooms that read true to size, windows that hold their view instead of blowing out, and colour that matches what the house actually looks like. A photo that oversells a room only costs you the showing later.

What I shoot

Everything a listing needs, in one appointment:

• HDR photography — the core gallery, balanced for windows and interior light
• Aerial and drone — lot lines, acreage and setting
• Video tours and social reels
• Matterport 3D tours — buyers walk the house before they drive to it
• Interactive and detailed floor plans, measured and MLS-ready
• Twilight photography for the hero shot
• Virtual staging — for empty rooms and dated furniture

Licensed to fly

Aerial MG has held FAA authority to operate commercially since 23 June 2015, and every flight is covered by an approved, insured operator. It matters more than it sounds: hiring an unlicensed drone operator puts the liability on the person who commissioned the flight, not just the pilot.

Peoria, East Peoria, Washington, Morton, Dunlap, Chillicothe and the surrounding communities — anywhere in central Illinois. Travel beyond about thirty miles is quoted on request. If you are not sure whether a property is in range, just ask.
