Aerial MG (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it and how we handle that information. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and we ask for the minimum we need in order to quote and schedule photography work.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly, through the contact form or by phone or email. That is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- Whatever you write in the message field — typically a property address and what you need shot
We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to quote and schedule the work, and to deliver finished photography to you. We may contact you about a shoot you have booked or asked about.
We do not send marketing email unless you have specifically asked us to, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job records are kept for as long as we have an ongoing working relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Who else sees it
Your information is stored on this website’s hosting infrastructure and in our email. We do not share it with third parties except where we are legally required to do so.
Photographs we take of a property are delivered to the client who commissioned them. We may also use images of a property in our own portfolio and marketing — if you would prefer we did not, tell us and we will not.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function — they keep your session active as you move between pages and let forms be submitted securely. Without them the site would not work correctly.
